Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location or Metro Hobbies retail store.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
